We are transitioning from the hot days of summer (yay! we actually had some hot summer days in the Bay Area!) to the cool days of autumn. Now is a good time to begin moving inward and slowing down for self-reflection. It's also ideal for practicing self-relaxation techniques in preparation for the upcoming holiday season.<\/p>\n
